● Offer and Enrolment Contract

● You will receive your student number
● Your receipt and copy of your contract
● Access and Login details to the Gradworx Learner Management System (LMS) - Gradworxlearn

Can I apply for a Academic Scholarship?

All accepted and enrolled Gradworx students automatically received an 50 % academic scholarship worth R 10 000.00 from Humanworx NPO - that is why the qualification cost less than R 10 000.00 - the cost with out the 50 % scholarship is R 19700.00

Gradworx students are 50% funded by the Non-Profit Organization Humanworx. www.humanworxngo.co.za This means Gradworx students receive a 50 % scholarship and discount from the original cost of R 19700.00 for the qualification.

Can I use NSFAS funding to enroll with Gradworx?

NSFAS is a government scheme for funding students at public universities and is not currently accessible to private higher education institutions. No private education institution can accept NSFAS.

Does Gradworx accept Recognition of Prior Learning? (RPL)

Yes, we do. There is a cost of R 500.00 attached to this application and assessment of documents. For RPL the following documents and information are required: 
● RPL Application Form: 
● Proof of Identity: A certified copy of your ID document or passport. 
● Academic Records: Certified copies of previous qualifications, certificates, and academic transcripts. 
● Proof of Payment: Confirmation of payment for the RPL application and assessment fees. 
● Curriculum Vitae (CV): A detailed CV outlining your relevant work experience, including dates and places of employment A PORTFOLIO OF EVIDENCE(POE) is required: Portfolio of Evidence (POE) Requirements The core of the RPL application is the Portfolio of Evidence, which must demonstrate that your knowledge and skills are authentic, sufficient, current, and relevant to the learning outcomes of the qualification you are seeking. This portfolio makes your non-formal and informal learning visible to assessors. Key components of the POE include: 
● Job Descriptions: Official, signed job descriptions on company letterheads, detailing your roles, responsibilities, and tasks. 
● Letters of Reference/Testimonials: Testimonials or letters of recommendation from previous employers, supervisors, or business associates who can verify your competencies.
